About the role The Healthcare Analytics Specialist at Swoop will be a key contributor to our Product Innovation Team, leveraging diverse healthcare and non-healthcare data assets — including claims (RWD), social determinants of health (SDOH), and user-generated content (UGC) — to deliver actionable insights. This role supports strategic innovation and evaluates the impact of campaigns and community engagement initiatives. What you'll do Conduct day-to-day data analysis using SQL to extract and interpret complex data from diverse sources. Develop and maintain analytical reports to support both short-term requests and long-term strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business units, to drive data exploration and innovation. Measure and report the impact and performance of Swoop’s campaigns and community activities to internal and external stakeholders. Innovate and propose new methodologies to enhance data analysis and reporting processes. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, contributing to the organization’s success and strategic growth. Qualifications Proven experience as an SQL analyst An understanding of healthcare data and the healthcare industry Experience with large data sets and data infrastructure Strong analytical skills Experience with data visualization tools and techniques Curiosity and passion for data exploration and healthcare innovation Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
