About the role MyHealthTeam is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage the execution, tracking, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across our 60+ social networks. This role reports directly to the Senior Ad Operations Specialist and plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns launch flawlessly, meet client objectives, and deliver against KPIs and performance benchmarks. In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with the Partner Success, Product, Alliance Management, Partner Results, and Performance Marketing teams to support campaign strategy, reporting, and issue resolution. You’ll monitor and optimize campaigns using data from DoubleVerify, Campaign Manager 360, and ad servers to drive performance, maximize results, and continuously improve campaign outcomes. What you'll do Manage full campaign lifecycles from trafficking and QA to pacing, monitoring, and reporting on 20+ campaigns Analyze and compare data from multiple sources to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization Track campaign delivery to ensure accurate pacing, on-time execution, and performance against KPIs Identify and recommend improvements to maximize engagement, delivery, and revenue Communicate campaign status, delivery, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders Document best practices, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements across Ad Operations Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and at least two years of hands-on experience in ad operations, trafficking, or digital media execution A detail-oriented person who thrives under pressure and tight delivery timeframes An understanding of third-party advertising tags and reporting Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and drive results through strong analytical thinking The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis Knowledge of the latest digital advertising trends and online media Knowledge of third-party measurement platforms (Crossix, Iqvia, Comscore) is a plus
