I'm working with a driving force in the telecommunications industry serving the hard-of-hearing community, adding a long-term contract Senior Project Manager with experience within Hardware Manufacturing to their growing and highly knowledgeable team! Hourly Rate: Up to $67/hour (Max Rate - DOE) Employment Type: W2 Only (cannot provide sponsorship now or in the future) Duration: 6+months • Possibility to extend/convert (not guaranteed) Location: 100% Remote (EST location highly preferred, will not consider PST) Why We Love This Opportunity: • Opportunity to make an extensive impact with a rapidly growing and mission driven organization (growing 20%+ YOY) • Work in an established startup environment with the stability of funding from the FCC • Opportunity to have a seat at the table, make impact, drive strategy, and act as the hardware PM SME for the organization reporting to the Director of PMO Requirements: • Senior level advanced experience and expertise leading end-to-end hardware product development and lifecycle • Partner closely with EE, ME, FW, SW, and ID teams to manage design reviews, prototype builds, and system integration • Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) activities, including EVT/DVT/PVT builds and readiness for mass production • Oversee supplier and manufacturing partners, aligning on readiness, testing, and quality standards • Experience working in a stakeholder and executive facing position • Proficiency within Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence or similar • Experience using Baum build materials/tools - a big plus! • Hardware specific telecom industry experience and/or VoIP experience - a big plus • Exposure to cloud-connected hardware, IoT devices, or mobile integration - a big plus
