People Transformation Project / Program Manager (Contract) Location: Toronto or Montreal Work Model: Remote / Hybrid Contract Length: 6 months Industry: Human Resources / People & Talent Transformation We are seeking a senior Project / Program Manager to support a People, Process & Leadership (PPL) organization through a major transformation initiative. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive alignment, execution, and delivery across multiple high-impact workstreams. What You’ll Do • Manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives and governance routines • Build dashboards tracking milestones, risks, KPIs, and dependencies • Partner with executives and external consultants to drive delivery • Support AI-enabled automation and operating model evolution • Lead planning, working sessions, and cross-functional coordination • Support executive communications and change readiness Must-Have Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in HR, People, Talent, or corporate transformation • Strong project and program management background • Executive stakeholder partnering experience • Experience leading operating model or large-scale transformation initiatives Nice-to-Have • Experience managing external consulting partners • Experience with Airtable or similar portfolio tools • Exposure to AI-enabled automation initiatives
