This is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential to extend with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium is covered for contractor). About the Role We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to define and execute the go-to-market and engagement strategy for membership benefits. This individual will be responsible for launching new benefits, driving adoption of existing ones, and ensuring members consistently find value in their membership. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies to launch new membership benefits and drive adoption of existing ones. Partner with Product, Strategy, and Analytics teams to identify consumer insights and translate them into marketing campaigns. Create multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, in-app, social, etc.) to build awareness and engagement. Define KPIs, measure performance, and optimize campaigns to maximize benefit utilization and member retention. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across channels.
