Full Description

We’re looking for an Inside Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Austin, TX metro area. This is a full-time hybrid role, with work split between our Round Rock, TX office and home. In this position, you’ll work closely with customers and field sales teams to support project quoting, technical inquiries, and solution development. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, managing project pipelines, and helping deliver exceptional service to clients in the critical power and infrastructure markets. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical sales support and product guidance to customers and partners • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors • Prepare quotes, submittals, and project documentation • Communicate with manufacturers to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and technical support • Collaborate with outside sales and operations to ensure smooth project execution • Manage CRM records and follow-up activities to support sales goals ⸻ Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, commercial construction estimating, or UPS/critical power equipment • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, or electrical systems preferred • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred but not required) • Experience in the technology, electrical, or infrastructure industry is a plus
