Job Description: • leading an engineering team responsible for providing world-class customer issue resolution for Steam Turbine products • Support of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics • Maintenance of fleet data, outage management • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline • Serves as best practice/quality resource • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. • Takes new perspective on existing solutions • Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations • May lead projects of varying size with moderate risks and resource requirements Requirements: • Master's degree from an accredited university • 6 years of steam turbine experience • 3 years of product service experience.
