Manage contract profitability and customer satisfaction, lead contract fulfillment, coordinate repairs and outages, and maintain customer communication for power generation contracts.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in power generation industry or technical field services with strong mechanical turbine knowledge.
Job Description: • Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts and customer obligations • Provide service agreement, fixed price, and time and material program management • Interact with members of the customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and/or other teams • Foster and develop strong relationships with customers in the Orlando area • Provide on-going Gas Turbine Product technical and business support to assigned customers • Own contract leadership and fulfillment including all project deliverables • Develop and own site customer communication plan • Organize pre-outage, post-outage, and outage milestone meetings with all stakeholders • Execute the Outage 360 process and Change Orders • Coordinate On-Site Repairs and Part and Component Repairs performed in GRS Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College • OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in power generation industry • OR associate’s degree in addition of 6 years of experience in a power generation industry • Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience within the Power Industry / Technical Field Services or Contract Management with strong Mech Turbine knowledge.
