The Role: Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist As a Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist at Switch, you will be part of a world-class team that operates in excellence, delivering mission-critical solutions that redefine what’s possible in AI, cloud and enterprise data center needs. Switch is modernizing its core operations, and this role will lead the design, implementation, and testing of Oracle Fusion ERP. In the first year, you’ll focus on rolling out key modules that streamline processes and build the foundation for growth. Beyond implementation, you’ll shape how Switch uses ERP to drive innovation, efficiency, and smarter decisions. Specific responsibilities include the following: • Define and manage Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM security model, roles, and privileges. • Manage integrations with SSO, MFA, and IAM platforms. • Conduct security audits, segregation of duties reviews, and ITGC testing. • Partner with Finance/Compliance on SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and related regulations. • Monitor system access, security incidents, and emerging threats. • Lead provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews What We’re Looking For • Innovators & Builders – You see challenges as opportunities and thrive in uncharted territories. • High-Performance Thinkers – You have a relentless drive for excellence and a passion for pushing the envelope. What You'll Bring • 7–10 years IT security and identity management experience. • Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM security and role design expertise. • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.). • Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). • Strong troubleshooting, risk assessment, and documentation skills. • Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or IT. • Security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or Oracle Security).
