Job Description: Schedule: 10:30am-7pm, M-S *Rotating Weekends Off Job Title: Onsite Manager/Recruiter Location: Jamaica, NY Position Overview:Swipejobs, the world's largest digital staffing company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Recruiter to join our team. This role serves dual functions: (1) leading recruiting efforts to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for the site, and (2) assisting the Onsite Supervisor with day-to-day site coverage. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions. • Conduct new hire orientations, including onboarding paperwork and plant tours. • Partner with the Onsite Supervisor to provide ongoing site coverage and support. • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily workforce needs. • Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate pipelines. • Build strong relationships with associates and client contacts to support staffing success. • Work flexible shifts as needed, including alternating weekend coverage with the Onsite Supervisor. • Utilize computer systems and reporting tools to track recruiting metrics and daily site activities. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred; onsite or high-volume staffing experience a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, and other computer tools. • Must be reliable and punctual, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks. • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support varying shifts and priorities. Schedule and Flexibility: • Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed. • Weekend shifts will be rotated with the Onsite Supervisor.
