And we’re looking for a Finance & Revenue Operations Manager — someone who loves combining analytical precision with strategic thinking to help us grow responsibly and efficiently. Do you want to shape the financial engine behind a product empowering thousands of candidates to reach their career goals? What you’ll do • Manage day-to-day financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking. • Oversee billing systems and ensure accurate, timely subscription revenue reporting. • Partner with growth and product teams to analyze pricing, conversion, and LTV/CAC performance. • Create dashboards and financial models to support strategic decision-making. • Develop and maintain key revenue metrics — ARR, churn, retention, and gross margin. • Ensure financial compliance and reporting accuracy across systems (Stripe, QuickBooks, etc.). • Collaborate with leadership to identify new monetization and optimization opportunities. • Streamline financial workflows and implement scalable tools for tracking growth efficiently. What you bring • 3–5 years of experience in finance, revenue operations, or FP&A — ideally in SaaS or consumer tech. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insight. • Familiarity with tools like Stripe, ChartMogul, QuickBooks, or similar platforms. • Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, payback period). • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Clear communicator — comfortable translating numbers into stories for non-financial teams. • A proactive, resourceful approach — you streamline, automate, and simplify wherever possible. • Excitement about startups, education, and helping people grow their careers.
