Swift Text Communications is Hiring – Business Development Officer (Remote) Swift Text Communications is seeking a vibrant and results-driven Administrative Operational Assistant to join our team. This role combines business growth, consumer insight, and vendor partnerships — including close collaboration with our AI service vendors. What you’ll do: ✅ Drive new business opportunities and partnerships ✅ Collect and analyze consumer feedback to improve our services ✅ Liaise with AI service vendors and other partners to ensure smooth operations ✅ Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships ✅ Support strategic initiatives that boost growth and customer satisfaction. As We operate a Lean Staff Infrastructure coupled with AI solutions, you will handle and manage the financial aspect concerned with this role- which means but not limited to handling company finances relating to Business we do business with. What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in business development, vendor management, or client relations Strong communication, negotiation & analytical skills Experience in consumer feedback or customer success is a plus Tech-savvy and comfortable working with AI/digital solutions Fully Authorized to Work in the US. 🌍 Work Type: Full-time | Remote 📩 How to Apply: Apply directly on LinkedIn.
