About Us Sweet Venture Group LLC is a newly formed, spin-off entity driving the launch of a new portfolio of brands in the confection industry with worldwide distribution into market in Q1 of 2026. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to connect our brand with sales teams and distributors around the world — providing them with sales insights, creative marketing tools, and coordinated support to bring our candy magic to even more customers. Position Overview We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Team as we bring a new confectionery product line to market. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across sales and marketing - ideal for someone looking to grow with a fast-moving brand. Responsibilities • Serve as the friendly, reliable go-to for our sales team, broker network, and retail partners - making sure they have what they need, when they need it. • Involvement in marketing campaigns, sales strategies, customer relationship management, and data analysis. • Help build and organize sales decks, training tools, product sheets, promotional assets, and launch materials. • Coordinate samples, press kits, broker kits, and sales materials for internal and external teams. • Track sales requests, manage versioning of sales materials, and ensure accurate and timely distribution. • Coordinate item forms, display specs, planogram assets, and sell-in support materials. • Assist with preparation for key customer meetings, tradeshows, and account-specific initiatives. • Attend and support domestic (and possibly international) tradeshows • Support cross-functional administrative tasks. • This role requires a blend of sales, marketing, and administrative experience to effectively support the company's objectives. What We’re Looking For • 3 years of experience in sales and marketing support, or related roles • A strong, outgoing sales personality - comfortable communicating with sales reps, brokers, buyers, and cross-functional teams. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
