Description Under the general direction of the Clinical Research Director, the Complex Revenue Capture Analyst will be responsible for oversight of clinical trial financial systems to optimize accurate system function and financial capture for provided care and services. Main responsibilities include the identification and correction of missed sponsor invoicing opportunities through a variety of methods, and assurance of billing compliance principles. Tasks include but are not limited to the review and correction of alignment between the velos calendar, milestone builds, and contract; the review of unscheduled patient care, and inpatient and imaging charges to assure appropriate adjudication and sponsor invoicing; performance of comprehensive study audits; monitoring research transactions; and evaluating system performance and performing process improvement as indicated. Works closely with coverage analysis team, budgeting team, contract analysts, regulatory team, program managers and finance groups. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience --or-- • 4 additional years of related experience • 6 years of direct experience in research financial operations • 6 years of direct experience using EPIC for patient and financial review Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Clinical area • CCRP or SOCRA certification upon hire • Direct patient care experience as a research coordinator or RN • Grant management experience Why Join Providence Swedish?
