About the role We’re seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products while assisting with various warehouse tasks. You’ll begin as a key contributor on our team, with the opportunity to grow into a team lead position as Sway continues to expand. What you'll do Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items Process, sort, and accurately label packages Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments Check and verify shipping labels for accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Communicate operational updates and needs to the HQ team Coordinate and communicate with drivers for pickups and deliveries Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations Identify opportunities to improve or optimize warehouse procedures Qualifications Basic Qualifications Prior warehouse or logistics experience Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent Basic familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory software Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Benefits You'll be excited to join our team because we offer: Join the Ground Floor of a Fast Paced Startup: Be part of shaping our company’s future, where your ideas and contributions make a direct impact as we grow.
