Assist in gathering data, documenting processes, supporting project implementation, and monitoring process sustainability.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, basic knowledge of project management tools, and eagerness to learn.
This is a remote position. ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESS SUPPORT • Assists in gathering data on existing processes and helps identify employee or department pain-points. • Helps document technical, tool, and situational limitations for each process. • Supports in drafting strategies and recommendations for process improvements under guidance of senior team members. • Stays informed on new technologies and concepts that may benefit the organization and shares relevant findings with the team. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT • Assists Project Managers in coordinating organizational changes and process improvement initiatives. • Helps prepare project timelines, trackers, and reports to ensure requirements and deadlines are met. • Provides basic project status updates and documentation for stakeholders and team members. • Supports in collecting quotations and documentation needed for Finance when dealing with external suppliers. • Coordinates simple requests with internal teams (e.g., IT for access, creative/copy for materials). • Assists in risk documentation, supplier specifications, and maintaining updated project records. • Helps draft communication materials and announcements for employees impacted by process changes. PROCESS SUSTAINABILITY SUPPORT • Monitors and reports on common implementation issues (e.g., employee feedback, technical challenges). • Supports the Internal Organization team in keeping updated records of changes and process alignments. • Assists HR in promoting compliance-related behaviors through documentation and communication. • Helps track and update basic performance metrics of implemented processes. • Maintains vendor and supplier contact lists, and helps in researching potential alternative suppliers. • Assists in organizing employee training sessions and ensures updated documentation/manuals are available. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (fresh graduates welcome). • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail. • Proactive and eager to learn, with basic knowledge of project management or collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, etc.).
