Responsible for accurately entering all data pertaining to the project in to the Project Management System including: budgets, contracts, invoices, schedules, contracts. Accountable for accurate reporting to the Project Delivery Team. Assists the Project Manager in the management and coordination of work including the monitoring of project budgets and deliverables, meeting contractual requirements and building/maintaining strong professional relationships with the affiliate client and vendors. Responsible for the completion and monitoring of Project Controls as outlined in the Planning & Delivery Guide (PDG) as well as overall project file maintenance and organization. May also assist in project management related duties as assigned by the Program or Project Manager. Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. • Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare or related field TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: • 8 years recent relevant experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: • Demonstrated aptitude to learn new software quickly • A solid understanding of basic project management procedure • Meeting facilitation and organizational skills • Critical thinking skills • Written and verbal communications • A proven ability to meet deadlines • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner with little supervision or direction • Exceptional organization skills with ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner with little direct supervision • Collaborative working style and the ability to develop/sustain productive working relations with key stakeholders across all areas and level of the organization, as well as external consultants • Must have proficiency with standard office and project management software Job Shift: Days Schedule: Full Time Days of the Week: Monday - Friday Weekend Requirements: None Benefits: Yes Unions: No Position Status: Exempt Weekly Hours: 40 Employee Status: Regular Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans. Pay Range is $68.98 to $103.47 / hour The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
