Organization: SHSO-Population Health Services-Valley Position Overview: Contributes to the product lifecycle of information technology solutions that improve experiences for patients, clinicians, and operations. Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, designers, and clinical or business stakeholders to shape requirements, inform the roadmap, and help bring concepts to market. Support product leadership by translating ideas into actionable steps, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring that delivery aligns with established goals. Enable innovation at the point of care, surface opportunities for improvement, and work with partners to refine and optimize products that deliver clinical, operational, and financial value. Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's Degree TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years recent relevant experience PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in digital health or remote patient monitoring (RPM), particularly within chronic disease management programs (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, pregnancy). Familiarity with Epic or other EHR-integrated digital platforms, with a strong understanding of interoperability, data flows, and patient engagement tools. Proven ability to translate clinical and operational needs into scalable digital solutions, balancing patient experience, clinical safety, and technical feasibility. Fluency in additional languages (Mandarin highly preferred) to enhance coordination between operational and logistical support teams. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Experience with creating product roadmaps, backlog management, agile methodologies, and translating business needs into technical requirements in a healthcare environment Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EHR systems (e.g., Epic), clinical operations, regulatory considerations, and patient engagement tools Experience working closely with technical teams, including engineers and data specialists Ability to balance tradeoffs across user experience, data availability, technical feasibility, and business constraints Strong communication, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills Capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to diverse teams and stakeholders Skilled in interpreting data, creating KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions to guide product direction Experience guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle Aptitude for working both independently and collaboratively in team settings Familiarity with tools like Python, SQL, and data analysis frameworks is a plus These Principal Accountabilities, Requirements and Qualifications are not exhaustive, but are merely the most descriptive of the current job. Pay Range is $66.77 to $100.16 / hour The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
