Job Description: • Overseeing and managing the Americas region’s network strategy, design, operation, and improvement of corporate and cloud networks for all of Sutherland • Managing a team of network engineers in the Americas region • Ensuring the network meets availability, reliability, security, and performance requirements • Developing and managing network designs and build from multiple infrastructure projects • Collaborating with business units on strategic technical solutions Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field • Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field • Minimum of five years managing a large, complex enterprise network • Strong understanding of network routing, switching, wireless, firewalls and SDWAN Technologies • CCNA or CCNP Certification, Active or Expired, and verifiable network project experience • Experience with software defined networks (SDN) and cloud environments are a plus • Experience with cloud-based telecom systems/technologies • Managing and mentoring network engineers • Architecting and designing large-scale networks Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development
