Sr. HR Recruiter (Manufacturing / Corporate / HR)- Remote Join Sustainable Talent, as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter supporting our automotive supplier and manufacturing client. This is a full-time W-2 role with Sustainable Talent. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your deep HR expertise and recruiting skills together to help shape a sustainable, people-focused talent strategy. We are seeking a top-tier Human Resources Recruiter with a proven ability to drive transformational recruiting strategies across both corporate and manufacturing environments. This highly skilled individual will excel in managing complex and demanding client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight. They must be a proactive data-driven seeker, operating with urgency and possessing exceptional resilience and flexibility. Crucially, they will be adept at providing strategic guidance, thoughtfully challenging assumptions, and constructively influencing stakeholders to advocate for optimal talent acquisition outcomes. What You'll Do • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer, across a range of corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions. • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, align recruiting strategies, and drive equitable, compliant hiring outcomes. • Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement initiatives. • Develop and deliver data-driven talent insights, supporting HR and business leaders with market trends, hiring metrics, and workforce planning input. • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the client's employer brand and values. • Collaborate on HR initiatives such as onboarding, workforce development, retention programs, and DE&I goals. • Manage and maintain candidate and requisition data across multiple systems (e.g., Eightfold, Oracle, internal ATS). • Lead or participate in job fairs, university relations, and on-site hiring events to attract and convert top talent. • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting compliance, process efficiency, and best practices within HR frameworks. Requirements You Bring • Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to HR, corporate/professional, and high-volume manufacturing environments. • Demonstrated success partnering with HR and business leadership to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives. • Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent preferred. • Strong understanding of HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices. • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations. • Ability to operate independently while staying connected to team goals and organizational strategy. • Passion for sustainable workforce development and long-term talent solutions.
