Job Summary As a Front Host, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere for all guests from the moment they arrive. You will handle reservations, manage guest flow, and support the team in delivering memorable hospitality every day. Responsibilities • Greet guests with enthusiasm and genuine warmth as they arrive, making them feel valued and comfortable • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize seating flow • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service transitions • Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence • Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication • Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their overall experience • Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, turning challenges into positive interactions Requirements • Previous experience as a host or host in a food service or restaurant setting preferred • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not required • Knowledge of guest services, serving procedures, and restaurant operations is beneficial • Reliable team player with a positive attitude committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
