Support and execute multiple SaaS brand events, develop strategies, manage budgets, and analyze KPIs.
At least 2 years in event marketing, experience managing 10+ events, proficiency with marketing and CRM tools, and ability to collaborate across teams.
The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting three SaaS brands—openDoctor, ImplantBase, and Surgimate and their 20+, total annual events. This role is responsible for strategizing and executing sponsored conferences, customer roadshows, and digital webinars. The Event Coordinator will create and analyze messaging, processes and KPIs to campaign goals. What you'll do Strategy & Planning Align event strategy with company-wide GTM priorities, pipeline goals, and brand objectives. Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop a shared roadmap for event programming. Execution & Operations Own the full lifecycle of event execution (sponsored, owned, digital, and in-person) from concept through post-event debrief. Manage budgets with a bias toward maximizing ROI without sacrificing quality. Establish repeatable workflows and communication frameworks that make every event easier and more impactful than the last. Process Building & Innovation Follow, and tweak, current systems for post-event analysis, including lead capture, sales alignment, and attribution to pipeline and revenue. Leverage MarTech (CRM, automation, project management) to bring structure, visibility, and scale to the event program. Content & Collaboration Develop event messaging in lockstep with other marketing roles, ensuring consistency across pre-, during-, and post-event engagement. Support speaker prep, including internal training and external coordination. Launch internal awareness campaigns to excite cross-functional teams and drive alignment before every event. Measurement & Impact Track KPIs (attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, CAC, etc.) with clear reporting to marketing and executive teams. Run retrospectives to collect stakeholder and attendee feedback—transforming lessons learned into future playbooks. Continuously refine tactics and formats based on data, trends, and internal needs. About you Required Qualifications 2+ years in event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech. Has managed 10+ annual events Proven ability to run both large-scale tradeshows and intimate roadshows/webinars. Obsessed with process, but flexible when real-world chaos strikes. Strong collaborator with experience aligning Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Comfortable working across multiple brands and business units with varying goals. Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, and webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24, etc.).
