Responsibilities: • Support sales operations by assisting in lead management, client outreach, and revenue growth initiatives. • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent communication, personalized engagement, and by addressing their needs. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and presentations. • Monitor and follow up on sales inquiries, ensuring timely and effective engagement. • Assist in creating and refining sales outreach materials, proposals, and collateral. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, client interactions, and key performance metrics within SRC’s CRM system. • Assist with contract processing, coordinate registration packets, and manage essential documents to ensure seamless workflow. • Engage prospects in personalized discussions and consultations to educate them on SRC’s accreditation process, benefits, and services. • Support the preparation of reports and presentations on sales performance and client engagement to inform strategic decision-making. • Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the business development team and ensure efficient daily operations. Key Skills and Attributes: • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and colleagues. • Can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail. • Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and follow up effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Teams. • Adaptable, open to feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results. • Experience managing international clients, navigating language and time zone differences with ease. Qualifications and Experience: • 3+ years sales experience, preferably in a client-facing role. • Healthcare-related experience preferred but not required. • Proficiency in Salesforce. • Bilingual ability is a plus.
