ABOUT SUPREME WEST Supreme West Car Wash is a locally owned car wash distributorship and service company supporting operators across Utah, Southern Idaho, and surrounding areas. We provide equipment, chemicals, parts, preventative maintenance, and long-term support to help car wash owners run more reliable and profitable sites. POSITION OVERVIEW This is a sales-driven, field-based role with account ownership. You will spend most of your time on the road visiting existing customers and developing new local accounts. Success in this role comes from consistent in-person visits, identifying opportunities, following up, and closing business. This is not a desk job and not a technical service role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Growth (Primary Focus) • Visit existing customers regularly to identify upsell opportunities • Sell chemicals, service, preventative maintenance agreements, upgrades, and equipment • Develop relationships with non-customer car washes and sites under construction • Build and manage a local sales pipeline • Close deals and coordinate internally for execution Account Management & Customer Support (Secondary) • Serve as primary relationship contact for assigned accounts • Follow up after service calls and installations • Coordinate internally to resolve customer needs • Strengthen retention through proactive communication WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT • Not a desk or inside sales role • Not dispatching or troubleshooting equipment • Not handling billing or administrative tasks This role is about being in front of customers and growing revenue. QUALIFICATIONS • B2B field sales experience required (car wash supply, industrial, equipment, construction, ag, or service industries a plus) • Comfortable visiting customer and non-customer sites daily • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Self-motivated and accountable • Valid driver’s license Car wash industry experience is helpful but not required. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (based on experience) • Uncapped commission with clear earning potential • Target total compensation: $85,000 – $120,000+ • Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance • Paid time off and additional benefits as applicable Top performers have a clear path to six-figure earnings.
