Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Plainfield, IN Pay: $15.50 – $18.00/hr (based on position & shift) Shifts Available: • 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM • 3rd Shift: Sun–Thu, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM About the Role: We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team immediately! In this role, you will work in one of two areas: • Production Dismantler: Responsible for dismantling materials and separating components (plastic, copper, circuit boards, etc.) into proper stacks for recycling and processing. • Asset Management Technician: Ensures incoming and outgoing technology materials are properly tested, functional, and meet quality standards before resale or refurbishment. Non-functional items will be separated and treated as end-of-life (EOL) products. Responsibilities • Safely handle and sort materials in a warehouse environment. • Dismantle products and separate materials by category. • Test, verify, and document functionality of electronic components (AM Technician). • Maintain accuracy and quality standards for all processed materials. • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines. Requirements • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required (training provided). • Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs). • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
