We are looking for a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to join our Operations Team. This individual will report into our VP of Fulfillment Operations and are looking for someone who is highly motivated and is a strategic individual to lead initiatives that optimize our eCommerce operations through process enhancements, WMS (Warehouse Management System) initiatives, and automation projects. This remote based position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. About 30% of the year, this role will entail traveling to our on-site fulfillment/office locations. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired.
