Full Description

The Opportunity Supplier.io is searching for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our Technology Team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences that help our customers quickly understand, adopt, and get value from our SaaS platforms. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to turn complex user needs into clean, elegant, and scalable designs. What You Will Do Perform end-to-end design for new features and product improvements, from research and conception to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to uncover needs, test concepts, and validate design decisions. Create and maintain design systems, UI libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation for consistent product experiences. Collaborate with Product Managers to define user problems, requirements, and success metrics. Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and provide support during development. Analyze product usage data and user feedback to continuously refine and optimize user experiences. Present design concepts, rationale, and findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and best-in-class user experience across all platforms. What You will Need to Succeed: 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role. SaaS industry experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. Experience with platform redesigns and designing simple workflows for multiple personas across multiple products. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred). Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability heuristics, and responsive design. Experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights into actional design solutions. Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Familiarity with agile development processes.
