Build and own a browser automation and document intelligence platform with AI agents and ship production-grade full-stack features.
4-8 years senior full-stack experience with AI/LLM product delivery, proficiency in TypeScript/React/Node.js, and strong ownership in a fast-growing startup environment.
We're investing heavily in a new product area: browser automation and document intelligence. You'll own this platform end-to-end — from architecture through shipping. This is not a maintenance role. It's 80% net-new build, with the chance to put your fingerprints on a product line that's already live with customers and growing fast. You'll report directly to the CEO (we're flat), work closely with product and forward-deployed engineering, and selectively join customer calls when you're the subject-matter expert on something you've built. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD • Own the browser automation and document intelligence platform from the ground up • Build and ship AI agents that handle complex insurance workflows across voice, chat, email, and SMS • Write production-grade TypeScript/React/Node.js — first PR to production in week one • Work cross-functionally with product and forward-deployed engineering teams • Join customer calls to demo features you've built and advise on technical implementation • Shape architecture and tooling decisions as one of the earliest engineers at a company scaling fast • Help define engineering best practices as we grow toward 30 people by end of year WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience • 4–8 years of full-stack engineering experience, with clear ownership and progression • The profile that fits best: someone already performing at a senior level, ready to make the jump to full end-to-end ownership and responsibility • Strong foundation from a reputable tech company or well-known startup — we value quality of experience over years • Proven ability to ship AI or LLM-based products in production — this is non-negotiable Technical Skills • Proficient in a modern language; willingness to work in TypeScript/React/Node.js/Express (our stack) • Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based systems, agents, or AI workflows • PostgreSQL or similar relational database experience • AWS or cloud infrastructure experience is a plus, not a requirement Academic Background • GPA 3.7+ preferred for candidates earlier in career — we may request a transcript • School prestige matters less than how you performed there; what we want to see is that you've pushed yourself Who You Are • You want ownership — not a ticket queue, not a committee. You want to build and see it land with real customers • You're comfortable being customer-facing and can speak credibly to technical decisions you've made • You thrive in a high-intensity environment and want to be part of building something from early innings TECH STACK TypeScript React Node.js / Express PostgreSQL AWS We prioritize expertise in your language of choice and the appetite to work in our stack — we won't disqualify you for coming from a different language background. Skills: Academic Background, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents, Best Practices, Cloud Computing, Cross-Functional, Customer Relations, Database Technology, Engineering, Express.js, Insurance, Machine Tool, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Product Demonstration, Public/Media/Press/Analyst Relations, React.js, Relational Databases (RDBMS), Short Messaging Service (SMS), Startup, Voice Chat About the Company: Supplied Talent
