About The Role Supio is hiring a Head of Trials & Proof of Concepts to own the end-to-end POC experience—from qualification through conversion. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you'll lead a team of POC specialists and ensure every trial is structured, time-bound, and designed to demonstrate measurable value. You'll be embedded in prospects' workflows as a trusted advisor, translating Supio's capabilities into outcomes that matter to law firms—thinking like a consultant, executing like an operator. What You’ll Do • Lead, hire, and develop a team of POC specialists, building a high-performance culture with clear expectations, career paths, and a shared playbook for excellence • Define and enforce qualification criteria for POC engagement, ensuring every trial has structured success criteria and genuine prospect commitment before it begins • Structure every POC as a miniature onboarding—configured around real cases, real workflows, and real users—to create a seamless transition from trial to signed contract • Own POC conversion rate as the primary metric (85%+ target), with full pipeline reporting and dashboards that make funnel health visible and actionable • Partner closely with AEs throughout the sales cycle, contributing to deal strategy, pipeline reviews, and forecasting as an active participant • Enter prospect relationships as a trusted advisor, conducting deep discovery into workflows, pain points, stakeholder dynamics, and change management realities • Serve as a critical feedback loop between prospects and Product, surfacing recurring friction points and high-signal feature gaps with data and context • Lead rigorous post-mortems on both won and lost POCs, translating findings into playbook refinements, team coaching, and cross-functional organizational learning • Collaborate with Customer Success to align POC structure with successful onboarding patterns, reducing time-to-value and driving Time-to-First-Insight as a shared metric What You’ll Bring • 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, customer success, or implementation in a high-growth SaaS environment • 3+ years managing and developing high-performing teams • Consultative communicator who earns trust quickly with senior stakeholders • Strong analytical instincts with a metrics-driven, data-first approach • Exceptional project management skills across multiple complex workstreams • Bias toward documentation and repeatability—you build playbooks, not tribal knowledge • Comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment Preferred Qualifications • Legal tech or law firm experience a strong plus Compensation & Benefits • 💰 Competitive Salary + Meaningful Equity • 💹 401(k) • ⚕️ Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • 🏝 Flexible Time Off + Holidays • 🧑💻 High-autonomy work environment, every Tuesday is a Remote Work Day • 🥗 DoorDash subsidies for breakfast and dinner; daily grab-and-go lunch options • 🧋 Boba Wednesdays • 🚃 Monthly commuter subsidies and pre-tax parking contribution • 🚀 Team gatherings and offsites Compensation We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Equity grants are designed to ensure employees share in the long-term success and upside of the company. Base Salary: $220,000 – $285,000 annually This range reflects compensation across multiple levels within this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location.
