Full Description

Superstition Plumbing is seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has prior plumbing industry CSR experience, knows how to manage calls and scheduling efficiently, and is comfortable using Housecall Pro or similar dispatch software. This role plays a key part in delivering a great customer experience from the first call to job completion. Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from customers in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner • Schedule and dispatch plumbing jobs efficiently using Housecall Pro • Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and management to ensure smooth workflow • Prepare and update job notes, estimates, and invoices in the system • Follow up on pending estimates and customer satisfaction • Manage customer expectations and provide clear information about services, pricing, and scheduling • Support office operations including documentation, billing, and reporting as needed Requirements • Previous CSR experience in the plumbing or home-service industry (required) • Strong working knowledge of Housecall Pro or other field-service software • Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools, email, text, and phone systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely or from our Mesa office • Outbound sales experience a plus (following up on estimates, booking additional services, or promoting maintenance programs) Compensation & Schedule • $25 per hour • Full-time position (Monday–Friday) • Flexible schedule options for the right candidate • Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.48 - $28.28 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • Plumbing CSR: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Remote (Required) Work Location: Remote
