Superpower is looking to bring on a Service Operations Associate to join our high-performance operations team. We’re building the infrastructure for white-glove, proactive care. We need someone who thrives on precision and getting ahead of potential roadblocks before they surface. As a Service Operations Associate, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring the logistics of our service delivery run seamlessly. From ordering test kits and tracking shipments to uploading lab results and monitoring blood draw appointments, you’ll be a key player in making sure every member’s experience is smooth, timely, and dependable. This role is best suited for someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, and has an eye for thinking a few steps ahead. If you love optimizing systems, spotting inconsistencies before they become issues, and playing a central role in improving healthcare operations, you’ll feel right at home here. What you'll do: Blood Panel Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for member blood panels — from tracking orders and confirming draws to ensuring lab results are accurately uploaded and communicated. Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of defense when something goes wrong — delays, missing results, or unexpected issues. Diagnose quickly, resolve effectively, and put guardrails in place to prevent repeat problems. Operational Optimization: Spot inconsistencies, inefficiencies, or gaps in workflows and propose solutions that make processes faster, clearer, and more scalable. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with care, product, and operations teammates to ensure members always have a smooth experience, even when internal processes are still evolving. Member facing Operations: You'll be responsible for member facing operations and communications; handling not only internal operations but also liaising with our concierge support team Qualifications 2+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Background in diagnostics, test logistics, or healthcare operations is strongly preferred. Problem-solver under pressure: you remain calm and resourceful when roadblocks appear. Detail-oriented and precise: you catch small issues before they grow into member-facing problems. Startup-ready: you adapt quickly, learn on the fly, and bring structure to ambiguity. Team-oriented: you’re collaborative and willing to pitch in wherever needed. Mission-driven: you’re passionate about transforming the healthcare experience and delivering proactive, dependable care. Privacy-committed: you understand or are eager to learn HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality. Able to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), including nights and weekends as needed.
