We're now looking for an Email Marketing Manager to help own lifecycle communications for members and leads. You’ll architect campaigns, flows, and automations that reach the right people at the right time, delivering information and inspiring action. You’ll bring technical rigor, a marketer’s intuition, and a knack for optimization to help us build the most effective lifecycle marketing engine in digital health. What You’ll Do Build, launch, monitor, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows across the customer journey Manage lists and segments with precision, ensuring deliverability and audience relevance Set up triggers, conditional splits, and advanced personalization within Klaviyo Generate and interpret analytics reports, tracking performance and surfacing insights for continuous improvement Partner with creative and content teams to refine messaging and design (bonus if you write and/or design yourself) Explore and expand into SMS marketing campaigns to complement email efforts Leverage integrations and tools like Zapier, Windmill, and Kustomer to streamline workflows and scale campaigns Who You Are At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing lifecycle content and communications for consumer brands, preferably in health, wellness, science, or longevity A sharp writer and even sharper editor who brings structure, clarity, and style to every communication Adept at managing timelines, collaborating across teams, and juggling multiple content projects Curious by nature and meticulous with facts Fluency in Klaviyo is a must Experience with Kustomer, Windmill, and/or Zapier is a huge plus Bonus: Experience working with clinicians, researchers, or regulated industries Bonus: Familiarity with AP style and plain-language principles in healthcare writing Why Join Superpower Help shape the future of health and human potential Work alongside an exceptional team of creators, clinicians, technologists, and operators Make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven company backed by top investors Remote-first with flexible hours, generous health benefits, and early-stage equity opportunities If you’re a natural communicator who thrives at the intersection of health, storytelling, and innovation, we’d love to meet you.
