Responsibilities • Manage a Diverse Portfolio: Take charge of a range of consumer collection accounts with autonomy. • Leverage Multiple Systems: Use advanced tools to gain insights into each consumer’s financial landscape. • Analyze and Negotiate: Assess personal financial details to craft effective resolutions. • Exhibit Professionalism: Maintain ambitious standards of professionalism and courtesy in every interaction. • Ensure Compliance: Uphold quality standards and adhere to legal guidelines in all consumer engagements. • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or surpass monthly production goals. • Negotiate Payments: Facilitate payment arrangements through various channels with skill. • Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate consistent effort and adaptability in a dynamic setting. Skills • Must have all the required equipment prior to the second interview. • All interviews beyond the initial must be conducted from the workspace you intend to use for remote work. • All tasks will be performed through our secure cloud-based systems. • Computer/Laptop: 4 Core processor and 8 G of RAM Reliable computer system with dual monitors (minimum 24”). • Operating System: Windows 11 Home/Pro. NO MAC or Chrome book. • Internet: Unlimited usage Hard Wired High-speed Ethernet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) and Starlink and HOTSPOT internet connection (i.e.: T Mobile, Verizon) are not authorized services for this position. • Headset: USB plugin headset with noise-canceling microphone and mute function (no attached or jack cords). DOUBLE EAR. • Webcam: USB plugin webcam. • Workspace: Maintain a comfortable and distraction-free workspace conducive to focused productivity. • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrate curiosity and critical thinking abilities. • Top-Tier Negotiation: Excel in negotiation and communication with a strong, persuasive approach. • Multitasking Mastery: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment. • Exceptional Communication: Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and related collection laws is preferred.
