We’re looking for a Program Manager of Talent Performance & Experience to enable and support a workplace where every employee feels connected, empowered, and inspired to perform at their best. In this role, you’ll be the owner of programs that make work meaningful—managing projects that align individual goals with organizational priorities while fostering a culture of inclusion, growth, and recognition. You’ll build and own programs to monitor, support, and embed our Superior culture throughout a newly integrated North American organization. Areas of responsibility will include employee experience initiatives such as employee listening and recognition. What you’ll do: Program Management: Design, implement, and manage programs and processes to improve the employee experience, including project management, vendor management, content creation, communications, and program analytics. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure the simplicity, relevancy, and value of programs, and provide guidance to HRBPs to support successful adoption. Recognition: Manage our internal recognition platform and lead recognition initiatives, including the creation of formal award programs tied to our new values. Evolve recognition to act as a change enabler in reinforcing new ways of working. Culture: Execute on our employee experience strategy with programs and initiatives to connect our employees to our culture at key moments throughout the employee lifecycle. Support our HR, safety, marketing, and communication partners in embedding our values into our organization. Employee Listening: Support the senior manager in executing our employee listening strategy. Manage our approach to how we listen to, learn from, and act on employee feedback. Technology Enablement: Leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement programs. Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies. What you bring: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field required. Master’s preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions. Working knowledge of different philosophies around talent management and employee experience, and a practical approach to implementing best practices. Experience in multi-site and multi-national organizations preferred. Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. Pay Transparency: The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 a year. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive program.
