The Personal Lines Account Manager will manage a high volume of incoming calls, handle quoting, endorsements, and contribute to the renewal process. They will also develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

Candidates should have 1-2 years of client service experience and a Property and Casualty Insurance License. Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 is a plus, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities: Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls. Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Skills: 1-2 years of client service experience Property and Casualty Insurance License Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office
