About the Role Superdome Sports in Waldwick is seeking a responsible and organized Evening Facility Manager to oversee operations during evening hours. This position ensures that all activities, rentals, and customer interactions run smoothly, while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment for athletes and guests. Key Responsibilities • Manage the front office and handle incoming calls, rental requests, and general inquiries. • Monitor field usage and ensure timely transitions between rentals and programs. • Collect and record payments accurately during evening operations. • Oversee facility cleanliness, restock supplies as needed, and ensure all areas are presentable. • Supervise staff working evening shifts and assist with any on-site requests. • Execute closing procedures: secure the building, lock doors, shut down systems, and confirm the dome is properly monitored. • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or customer feedback to upper management. Qualifications • Previous experience in facility or operations management preferred (sports facility experience a plus). • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Dependable and comfortable leading a small team. • Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently. • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Pay: $22.49 - $27.09 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
