By combining advanced AI models—including LLMs and OCR—with a scalable human-in-the-loop system, Super.AI delivers guaranteed outcomes across quality, speed, and cost. Trusted by leading organizations in shipping, logistics, financial services, insurance, and testing and certification, the platform helps clients reduce manual effort, minimize errors, accelerate decision-making, and unlock substantial cost savings. At Super.AI, we foster a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative culture where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are celebrated, and everyone has the opportunity to make a real impact. It’s a fun and rewarding environment where ambitious people thrive and grow. Your profile About The Role Super.AI is revolutionizing the way businesses process documents with our industry-leading Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end deal process. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to structure deals, manage pricing, maintain commercial policies, and ensure smooth, compliant, and timely bookings. Your work will play a critical role in accelerating revenue, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable growth. Responsibilities • Own and manage the end-to-end deal process, including pricing, structuring, discount governance, and bookings accuracy. • Maintain and update commercial templates such as order forms, MSAs, amendments, and partner agreements. • Support contract negotiations by coordinating across Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and timely closure. • Provide strategic guidance to Sales on deal health, risks, and optimal structuring. • Enforce deal desk policies, approval workflows, and pricing guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. • Ensure accurate deal data in CRM to support forecasting, reporting, and revenue recognition. • Partner with Finance to ensure adherence to SaaS revenue recognition standards. • Deliver insights on deal trends, performance, and process improvement opportunities, especially during month- and quarter-end cycles. You'll be happy in this job if you • Be part of a pioneering company at the forefront of the IDP revolution. • Make a real impact by helping businesses unlock the power of intelligent document processing. • Can handle a lot of responsibility, freedom, and ambiguity. You don't get blocked by things but rather knock down walls to get things done. • Excited when you help solve problems for your customers • Would rather bounce ideas around with your peers than go it alone • Data-driven and ambitious You won't be happy with this job if you • You prefer theory over action • You aren’t comfortable with constant change, high stress, speed, ambiguity, and massive hustle. • You've come from a big company and are used to a large support system, where the strategy was already set and you were executing on a set of well-defined, clearly articulated, already tested strategies. You are the ideal candidate if you have • 3-5+ years of experience in a deal desk, revenue operations, pricing, or sales operations role within a SaaS or technology company. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription mechanics, and revenue recognition (ASC 606 is a plus). • High proficiency with CRM’s / Hubspot and advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets for modeling and analysis. • Exceptional attention to detail, comfort navigating complex contract structures, and the ability to translate business needs into clear commercial terms. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Leadership. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and remain calm and focused during month-end and quarter-end deadlines. • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. • Location: Must be based in the Denver, CO area with the ability to work a hybrid in-office/remote schedule. About Us • We believe AI is going to be the most impactful technology ever invented. It may be the last technology we ever needed to invent as humans. We don’t want it to be in the hands of the few, but the hands of the many. Our technology promises to transform the way AI is created and consumed to make this vision possible. • We are searching for the best-of-the-best to build a massive company, but at the same time a company where people are happy with their lives, feel healthy, passionate and satisfied. • We're at an inflection point, so you will have the opportunity to shape things and see the company grow • Although super.AI is young, this is not our first rodeo: our CEO previously founded a few hundred person company, and between us we've held senior positions at Google, Amazon, Adobe, Microsoft, Docusign and others
