Over 8 years in revenue roles, experience with financial products, proven partnership and channel management, and experience launching or scaling new verticals.
Job Description: • Develop high-impact partnerships with enterprise roofing contractors, roofing product manufacturers, distributors, buying groups and associations to generate contractor and loan pipelines and joint GTM strategies • Source, sell to, and onboard initial commercial HVAC contractors; design and lead a team for scalable recruitment and activation • Build a team and the necessary team infrastructure including training, playbooks, key metrics to boost loan volume • Advise product, underwriting and operations teams on refinements based on partner and contractor feedback Requirements: • 8+ years in revenue roles (sales, business development, etc) • Some experience selling or using financial products strongly preferred • Proven track record in strategic partnerships and channel management (OEMs, Distributors, Contractors) • Experience launching or scaling new products or verticals; strong acumen in SMB lending and equipment finance Benefits: • Meaningful equity ownership • Flexible work arrangements
