Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance Job Summary The Sales Support Specialist assists the sales team with day-to-day operations, report preparation, and project coordination. This role ensures accurate and timely execution of customer requests, supports Walmart and other retailer accounts, and maintains all data within Retail Link, SupplierOne, and related platforms. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain weekly POS, shipment, and inventory reports through Retail Link/Scintilla • Assist in item setup and maintenance on SupplierOne and Item360, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate with internal teams for sample tracking, packaging, and project follow-ups. • Support sales presentations, line reviews, and seasonal business meetings. • Follow up with Walmart and internal teams on claims, defective allowances, and pricing updates. • Maintain files and communication logs for ongoing sales programs. • Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth account management. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 13 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or retail operations. • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, Power Query), PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Working knowledge of Retail Link, SupplierOne, Item360, and SCTiLLA. • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. • Ability to interpret data and provide clear insights to the sales team.
