Marketing Assistant / Receptionist – Porsche Beaverton • Weekends (2 days): Luxury Automotive Receptionist (Saturday + Sunday) • Weekdays (3 days): Marketing Assistant supporting Marketing & General Operations • Pay: $24–$25 per hour (based on experience) • Schedule: 40 hours per week Build your career with the Sunset Imports team at Porsche Beaverton. Porsche Beaverton, part of the Sunset Imports family, is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Assistant / Receptionist to support both Porsche Beaverton and Audi Beaverton, while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and employees. This is a high-visibility role combining weekend front-of-house responsibilities with weekday administrative support across two luxury brands. This role is based on-site, where daily in-person engagement is a key part of the work. What We Offer • Collaborative, high-performance work environment • Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications • Comprehensive benefits (see below) • Career growth opportunities within Sunset Imports, a respected dealership group • A community-focused organization that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence Key Responsibilities Marketing Assistant (Weekdays) – Marketing & General Operations • Provide administrative support across both Porsche Beaverton and Audi Beaverton, with balanced focus and coordination • Support marketing execution, internal communications, and operational follow-through • Assist with event logistics, campaigns, and brand initiatives for both dealerships • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed • Maintain organization of files, documents, and shared operational resources • Support dealership leadership and department teams with accuracy, discretion, and consistency Luxury Automotive Receptionist (Weekends) • Greet all clients promptly and professionally, creating a strong first impression • Determine the nature of each visit, escort clients to the appropriate department, and introduce them to team members • Offer refreshments and follow up with waiting guests • Introduce clients to available or requested Sales Specialists • Answer incoming calls and route calls appropriately or take thorough, accurate messages • Complete service follow-up calls as assigned • Maintain café and coffee stations; ensure refreshments are stocked in lounges and breakrooms • Support ongoing maintenance of client-facing areas Qualifications • 2+ years of experience as an Marketing Assistant, Receptionist, or similar support role • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills • Professional verbal and written communication with a polished demeanor • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Tech-savvy and adaptable; Google Workspace familiarity is a plus • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Automotive, luxury retail, or corporate experience strongly preferred • Ability to lift/move supplies up to 20 lbs • Positive attitude and strong service orientation Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Life insurance • PTO after 90 days of employment • Paid Holidays • Career advancement opportunities • Employee discount programs About Porsche Beaverton & Audi Beaverton Since 1980, Sunset Imports has proudly represented some of the world’s most respected automotive brands.
