A company is looking for a Sr. Desktop Site Support Representative. Key Responsibilities • Support and troubleshoot application, network, and hardware problems • Provide onsite and remote technical support for mobile devices and assist with user rollouts • Document and train users on common problems and solutions while maintaining the MDM system Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of computer hardware/software support experience with Mac and Windows Operating Systems • Strong understanding of Google Sheets/Microsoft Office • Knowledge of one or more Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms • Advanced technical and application troubleshooting abilities
