Data Entry & Telecom Procurement Specialist Join our team to support telecom circuit sourcing and vendor coordination. Work with top providers like AT&T, Comcast, Zayo, and Lumen. Strong Excel and Salesforce skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: • Source telecom circuits and manage vendor relationships. • Support RFP/RFQ/RFI processes across multiple commodities. • Enter and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and Excel. • Process contracts and create DocuSign envelopes. • Generate deselect notice letters and manage site data. • Research site status and NTP dates for deselection. • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
