Company Overview Established and growing residential construction company specializing in structural and foundation projects across the Bay Area. We are expanding our leadership team to scale operations, improve systems, and increase production capacity. Position Summary The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of residential projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring strong margin performance, schedule adherence, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple residential projects simultaneously • Own and protect project budgets and gross margins • Lead scheduling and project execution in Buildertrend • Oversee subcontractors and field supervisors • Manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation • Conduct site inspections and quality control • Contribute to operational system improvements Required Qualifications • 7–10+ years residential construction experience • 5+ years managing full-cycle projects with P&L responsibility • Experience managing $3M+ annual volume preferred • Strong financial literacy and margin focus • Advanced Buildertrend (or similar software) proficiency required • Proven leadership and communication skills Compensation & Performance Structure Base Salary: $110,000 Performance Bonus: $25,000–$45,000+ Total Compensation Potential: $135,000–$155,000+ Quarterly performance bonuses tied to: • Gross margin achievement • Revenue growth milestones • Schedule and budget performance Additional: • 10 days PTO (Year 1) • 6 paid holidays • Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate This role is ideal for a senior-level PM seeking ownership, accountability, and measurable upside within a growth-focused company.
