Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the team. Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding our window-tinting services. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets in an organized manner. Assist with invoicing, billing, and tracking payments from clients. Support the operational team with project management tasks and updates. Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies inventory. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in tasks. Familiarity with construction or window-tinting industries is a plus.
