Lead and coordinate technical projects, facilitate communication between technical and business teams, and manage project timelines and risks.

The Impact You Will Have Drive project velocity: Lead the operational cadence of the team, managing logistics and ceremonies to maximize productive time for engineers. Synthesize and align: Translate complex technical discussions into clear decisions and action items, ensuring total alignment between the client and the delivery team. Own the timeline: Rigorous tracking of dependencies and milestones to maintain delivery momentum and foresee scheduling conflicts. Bridge the gap: Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring the "what" and "why" are clearly understood by all. Proactive risk management: Identify potential blockers early and partner with technical leadership to architect solutions before they impact the timeline. Instill agile culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lightweight agile frameworks that foster transparency without adding bureaucracy. Required Experience Technical Environment: Experience driving delivery within data engineering, software development, or consulting teams. Client-Facing Agility: Practical experience leading Scrum ceremonies and fostering agile habits in a client-service environment. Stakeholder Influence: Strong ability to manage expectations and build trust with both internal technical leads and external client stakeholders. Bridge-Building: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to "translate" between business requirements and technical execution. Critical Thinking: A proactive mindset focused on unblocking the team and solving resource or timeline constraints before they become critical. Organization: Mastery of time management and planning tools to keep complex, fast-moving projects on track. Preferred Experience 5-7 years of experience managing technical projects, specifically within Data Engineering, Analytics, or ML/AI. Exposure to the Databricks ecosystem or similar cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong technical acumen; you don't need to write code, but you must be able to follow technical discussions and understand architectural trade-offs. Proficiency in setting up and administering project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello). Comfort with ambiguity and the resourcefulness to navigate the fast-paced nature of a growing consulting firm. Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, or Agile Project Management. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
