The Impact You’ll Have: • Collaborate closely with strategic partners such as Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Fivetran, and Sigma to co-sell and deliver high-impact data transformation and AI solutions to enterprise clients. • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through research, outreach, and relationship-building, securing meetings with key decision-makers and influencers. • Leverage and expand your professional network to generate qualified leads, while using cold outreach when needed to maintain a healthy and actionable pipeline. • Execute multi-channel business development campaigns including outbound calls, targeted emails, social engagement, and event participation—to boost brand presence and drive opportunity creation within your territory. • Craft compelling pursuit strategies and tailor sales narratives to win business, keeping deals on course through all phases of the buying cycle. • Own the customer relationship end-to-end ensuring alignment across sales, delivery, and customer success to maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction and account health. • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals across key service lines, including Data Engineering, Platform Modernization, and AI/ML Consulting. • Demonstrated success closing complex deals with a proven ability to expand initial wins into multi-million-dollar strategic partnerships. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including sales leadership, solutions engineers, and marketing to design and deliver tailored proposals that address client needs. • Navigate complex enterprise environments to identify stakeholders across lines of business, understand buying dynamics, and engage budget holders and champions. • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline, regularly updating deal progress and sales metrics to ensure accurate visibility. • Develop a deep understanding of client priorities and business drivers, advocating for their needs and guiding them through the solutioning process with insight and empathy. Travel: • Willing and able to travel up to 50%, depending on client and partner engagement needs. Education: • 4-year Bachelor's degree is preferred. Compensation Overview: The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
