Sunny Skies ABA | Full-Time | $55,000–$65,000/year At Sunny Skies, we care a lot about our families. When a parent reaches out, they may be overwhelmed, unsure of where to start, or simply looking for someone who will listen and help. The person who answers that call matters. We're looking for a Client Care Coordinator who can take ownership of that experience from the first conversation through onboarding, scheduling, and beyond. You'll be the person who makes sure families know what is happening, what needs to happen next, and who they can turn to when they have a question. You'll manage intake and onboarding, coordinate evaluations and scheduling, stay on top of paperwork and insurance, communicate with families, and work closely with our BCBAs, RBTs, and leadership team. And when something isn't moving, you'll catch it. You'll follow up. You'll figure out what's holding things up. You'll make sure it gets handled. This is a role for someone who takes ownership. You'll have support from leadership when you need it, but you won't have someone checking in with you all day to make sure things are getting done. We need someone who can look at their clients and know what needs to happen next. Someone who notices when a family hasn't responded. Someone who realizes a piece of paperwork is still missing. Someone who sees a scheduling problem and works to solve it. Someone who knows when they can handle something themselves and when it needs to come to leadership. We want you to be the person we can trust to keep things moving. You will be one of the first people families get to know at Sunny Skies. So yes, how you communicate matters a lot. You should genuinely enjoy talking to people. You should be warm, confident, upbeat, and a good listener. You should be able to make a parent feel comfortable and cared for without sounding scripted. You also need to be comfortable with the sales side of the role. We're not looking for someone who is pushy or aggressive. That's not how we want to work with families. But when Sunny Skies is the right fit, you should be confident explaining our services, answering questions, following up, building trust, and helping a family take the next step. You are often the first impression of Sunny Skies. We want that impression to feel like us. What you'll be responsible for • Taking incoming intake calls and speaking with prospective families • Learning about each child and family's needs • Explaining Sunny Skies and our services clearly and honestly • Following up with prospective families and helping them move forward • Managing intake and onboarding from beginning to end • Collecting and tracking paperwork, referrals, insurance information, and other documentation • Coordinating evaluations and appointments • Managing client scheduling and coordinating with the clinical team • Communicating with families throughout the process • Working closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and the rest of our team • Keeping our client systems organized and up to date • Following up on anything outstanding • Making sure families don't fall through the cracks • Handling questions and problems as they come up • Knowing when to solve something yourself and when leadership needs to be involved • Looking for ways to make our client experience better as Sunny Skies grows The person we're looking for We can teach you our systems. We can teach you our processes. We can teach you how Sunny Skies works. What is much harder to teach is how you make people feel. We're looking for someone who is: • Kind and genuinely caring • Warm, positive, and enthusiastic • An excellent communicator • Extremely organized • Reliable and dependable • Comfortable taking initiative • Great at following through • Naturally good at building relationships • Comfortable talking on the phone • Confident handling difficult conversations when needed • Someone who notices details and doesn't let things sit • A strong team player • Passionate about helping children and families • Passionate about autism and the work we do • Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred You should also be comfortable managing a lot of moving pieces at once without losing track of the details. When something comes up, your first thought shouldn't be, “That's not my job.” It should be, “Okay, let's figure this out.” Experience Experience in ABA, autism services, healthcare, behavioral health, pediatrics, client intake, care coordination, admissions, customer success, or sales is a plus. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. We're not looking for someone who checks every box on a resume. We're looking for someone who is capable, caring, organized, confident, and ready to take real ownership of this role. Compensation $55,000–$65,000/year, depending on experience. Why Sunny Skies?
