The Senior Business Systems Analyst will support software and business applications, perform business needs analysis, and recommend process improvements. They will also interact with consultants on projects and resolve employee application issues in a timely manner.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a supporting or application 'super user' role, with a bachelor's degree in business or IT/Systems Administration. Knowledge of ERP applications, SQL, and warehouse distribution operations is essential.

POSITION SUMMARY The Sr. Business System Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of business applications and software administration. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: * ERP Application Implementation, Configuration, & Support Experience. * Infios (formerly Koerber) GP Collect WMS / or other WMS experience in a retail / distribution or medical device environment. * Understanding of warehouse distribution, shipping, and logistical operations. * Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and resolving ERP related issues. * End user training on application functionality, how it relates to business processes. * Manage, create and optimize queries and stored procedures using SQL Management Studio to retrieve data, support end user issues, and assist with software development of ERP customizations and enhancement. * Lead assigned projects as directed which may include implementation and enhancements of new or existing functionality related to the core ERP applications and related integrating products. * Strategic review of application tools and lifecycles and the ability to foresee upcoming requirements and needs. * Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Report Development & Support. * Analytical reporting and user support using SQL Server, Excel, Power BI or other analytical tools. * Preventative methodology in approaching system setup and monitoring, reporting, and health indicators. * Ability to learn and support new systems and applications. * Results-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills. * Microsoft Dynamics GP (Administration, Financial, Purchasing, Sales Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing). * Cavallo SalesPad (Desktop, Inventory Manager, Automation Agent). * (GP) eOne SmartConnect integration development experience or other experience with enterprise application integrations. Level of Experience: * Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a supporting or application “super user” role. * Experience in working both independently and as part of a strategic support team. * Ability to report on activities to senior-level staff and committees. Level of Education: * Bachelor’s degree in business or IT/Systems Administration or related field/experience. Travel: * As the business needs, upwards of 30%.
