Role Overview: As a Senior BI Developer at Suncap Technology Inc., you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing data warehouses and reporting systems. Your expertise will enable the company to harness data effectively, supporting strategic decision-making and business growth. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions. - You will create and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures. - You will develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - You will ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all BI systems. - You will troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly. - You will mentor junior BI developers and contribute to best practices. - You will stay updated with the latest BI technologies and industry trends. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development and data warehousing. - Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling. - Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Certification in BI tools or data management.
