An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide expert care for adult and geriatric patients in a critical care setting. This role involves managing complex cases such as ARDS, sepsis, stroke, STEMI, and more, requiring critical thinking and compassionate patient management. The position operates on night shifts, with a three 12-hour schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and includes block scheduling flexibility. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients • Monitor and manage patients with diverse and complex diagnoses including cardiogenic shock, DKA, COPD exacerbations, and ESRD on CRRT • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using unit systems such as Pyxis, Epic, and SBAR communication • Maintain compliance with facility policies, orientation requirements, and holiday scheduling Qualifications and Experience: • Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience (new graduates are also considered) • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIH • Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:2-3, prepared for potential assignments of three patients in critical care • Flexibility to float within the facility as required and to work every other weekend • Adherence to full compliance standards to begin assignments on time Location Overview: Situated in Lawrenceville, GA, this role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment known for advanced patient care and professional growth.
